Mixed Meat Stew Recipe
A slow-cooked Goan stew with chicken, beef, and pork.

Ingredients
- 250gram boneless porkcut into bite-sized cubes
- 250gram beefcut into bite-sized cubes
- 200gram Boneless Chicken
- 150gram skinless goan sausage
- 2 Big Onionsfinely chopped
- 2 big tomatoeschopped
- 6 garlic podsfinely sliced
- 1inch Gingerfinely sliced
- 5 peppercorns
- 5 Cloves
- 2 1" cinnamon pieces
- 1 carrotchopped
- 1/2cup green peas
- 1/2cup elbow macaroniboiled
- 1 large Potatocut into pieces
- 1tbsp Vinegar
- 1 slit green chili
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker add a little oil; drop in the whole spices and sauté the onion, tomato, ginger and garlic.
- Add beef and stir fry till onions are brown.
- Add 2 to 3 cups of water and cook the beef till it’s almost cooked.
- Now add the other meats, add a little more water and cook till meats are nearly done.
- Then add the vegetables, slit green chili. Cook till done, about 7-10 minutes.
- Finally add the boiled macaroni with 3 to 4 tablespoon milk (optional) and salt to taste.
- Add salt to taste and serve hot.
